Kofi Antubam was appointed a state artist by Kwame Nkrumah in 1957. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RELATIONSHIP

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RELATIONSHIP
MEN,
Man, The higher you elevate your woman and treat her well, the less available she makes herself to other men. When you are stingy and treat her bad, you make her accessible to anyone she thinks will treat her better.
LADIES
Lady Never abandon a good man for a stupid reason, a jobless man, and a lazy man is never the same. He may not have today and that doesn't mean he will be lacking forever.
SO HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT SOMEONE LOVE YOU
1. When you fall in love make sure it's with somebody who treats you exactly how you deserve to be treated.
2. Love somebody who wants to know everything about you, from your favorite color to your childhood memories how you managed to survive all those years.
3. Love somebody who can make you laugh, who kisses your forehead and who notices all your flaws but chooses to see past them.
4. Love somebody who listens to whatever is on your mind, who protects you and always reminds you how blessed they are to have found you.
5. Love somebody who you can't stay mad at for more than an hour because you miss speaking to them, who knows every freckle on your face, every stretch mark on your thighs, every scar and every tear.
6. Love somebody who you can plan your future with, and most importantly love somebody who is God fearing.
7. And lastly don't forget to make them feel loved in return.
8.Ask God to blessed the person you've made your choice to love and show you the way to build the love for married purpose.
Finally Love is not for the weak at heart or nonbelievers. If you fall in love you have to believe in the strength of your heart and soul. You ought to have a strong heart to help you pull together through hard times.

HIDDEN MYSTERIES ABOUT BUSOLA'S ALLEGATION AGAINST PASTOR FATOYINBO

THERE ARE HIDDEN THINGS IN BUSOLA’S ALLEGATION AGAINST PASTOR FATOYINBO– CAN
The Acting General Secretary of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Joseph Daramola has disclosed that there was something hidden in the rape allegations made against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, COZA.
He insisted that this hidden aspect in the rape allegation needs to be unravelled.
The CAN secretary assured that the Christian body will investigate the matter without fear or favour.
It was reported earlier that the leadership of CAN said it was already seeking ways to address the rape allegations raised by celebrity photographer Busola Dakolo, against Fatoyinbo.
He said: “We do not want to limit the investigation because it is very wide. We all know that there is something hidden in this issue. Without sentiment, nobody is condoning any criminal act.
“I am a lawyer, and before you can prove the offence of rape successfully, you have to consider so many things. You have to prove beyond every reasonable doubt before you can establish any rape case,” Said Daramola.
“One cannot easily have his way into a woman; it is not possible, and here we are talking about rape. If you look at the entire story, one has to do proper investigation.
“For example, if the court wants to look into it, a lot of things will be considered. Church elders will interrogate Fatoyinbo without fear or favour. There is no pastor that people don’t tempt.
“We have got to a place where our thinking faculty has to be sharpened. And we have to reason like human beings. The investigation will be concluded soon but it has to be properly conducted.
A controversial blogger recently made damaging allegations against Busola Dakolo’s story which seems to have punctured major aspects of her side which purportedly claims that Pastor Fatoyinbo raped her as an underaged girl.
The blogger also claimed that Tunmise Oluyede who recently allegedly held another interview accusing Pastor Biodun of rape was sacked by the Church for financial impropriety during the COZA trip to Dubai in 2016. The lady had been silent about how she left the Church during her interview.
Another source which asked to remain anonymous also mentioned to Church Gist that a renowned father in the faith had been called in 2016 over the same matter between all the parties which had then been settled and in which Timi Dakolo had promised not to come out with the allegations anymore.
The story which came out a few days ago had led to a social media trial of the COZA Pastor while he rejected the rape allegations before he stepped down for a proper investigation of the matter by the Church elders.
It would be recalled that a new trend has developed in Nigeria in form of protests to churches rather than appropriate institutions. Recently, after protesters went to COZA Abuja and Lagos, they also visited the Redemption Camp over another issue with banners rendering insultive expletives to Pastor EA Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. The protesters were handled with utmost restrain by Church officials.
The rape allegation has been taken to the Police by Mrs Dakolo.

TOP EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES THIS 2019,

The Internet of Things (IoT) is the emerging technology offering the greatest opportunities to create new business and revenues, according to CompTIA's second annual Top 10 Emerging Technologies report, released Monday.
The 10 technologies named in the report were ranked according to the near-term business and financial opportunities each creates for IT firms and other business technology companies, and selected by the organization's Emerging Technology Community.
Here are the top 10 emerging technologies in 2019, according to the report:

1. IoT

IoT is driving business changes by providing the data needed to improve marketing, increase sales, and decrease costs, the report found.
"Everybody in the technology world, as well as many consumers, is hearing the term Internet of Things," Frank Raimondi, a member of the CompTIA Emerging Technology Community leadership group who works in strategic channel and business development for Chargifi, said in a press release.
However, "to say it's confusing and overwhelming is an understatement," he added. "IoT may mean many things to many people, but it can clearly mean incremental or new business to a channel partner if they start adding relevant IoT solutions with their existing and new customers. More importantly, they don't have to start over from scratch."

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

AI is already significantly impacting the way customers interact with businesses via intelligent websites and bots, and these tools are becoming increasingly commoditized and integrated into daily work, the report noted.
"The largest impacts across all industries—from retail to healthcare, hospitality to finance—are felt when AI improves data security, decision-making speed and accuracy, and employee output and training," Maddy Martin, community vice chair and head of growth and education for Smith ai, said in the release. "With more capable staff, better-qualified sales leads, more efficient issue resolution, and systems that feed actual data back in for future process and product improvements, companies employing AI technologies can use resources with far greater efficiency. Best of all, as investment and competition increase in the AI realm, costs are reduced."

3. 5G

The rise of 5G networks is increasing our ability to move, manipulate, and analyze data across wireless platforms, according to CompTIA. As 5G rolls out more fully in the coming years, it will drive the development of more complex apps to solve problems and increase growth across industries.
"The development and deployment of 5G is going to enable business impact at a level few technologies ever have, providing wireless at the speed and latency needed for complex solutions like driverless vehicles," Michael Haines, community chair and director of partner incentive strategy and program design for Microsoft, said in the release. "Additionally, once fully deployed geographically, 5G will help emerging markets realize the same 'speed of business' as their mature counterparts. Solution providers that develop 5G-based solutions for specific industry applications will have profitable, early-mover advantages."

4. Serverless computing

Serverless computing allows organizations to create a NoOps IT environment that is automated and abstracted from underlying infrastructure, reducing operational costs and allowing businesses to invest in developing new capabilities that add more value, the report found.
Serverless computing was new on the list this year, along with robotics, replaced quantum computing, and automation, CompTIA noted.

5. Blockchain

More organizations are exploring and implementing blockchain to solve the increased need to secure and manage transactions across the internet.
"Blockchain came down crushing from its peak of hype cycle, and that's probably for the best," said Julia Moiseeva, a member of the community's leadership group and founder of CLaaS (C-Level as a Service) Management Solutions Ltd, in the release. "Now that the luster of novelty and furor of the masses are gone, the dynamic of work around blockchain took a complete U-turn, again, for the best."

6. Robotics

Robotics is automating routine processes by using machines to make businesses faster, less expensive, and more efficient, the report found.

7. Biometrics

Biometrics—including face, fingerprint, and retina scans—are becoming mainstream methods for verifying identity. These methods will form the secure foundation for solutions delivered by IT companies moving forward, CompTIA said.

8. 3D printing

3D printing offers a solution for the low volume manufacturing of complex parts, as well as fast local production of difficult-to-find products, the report noted. As more affordable products become available, opportunities for this industry will continue to grow, it added.

9. Virtual reality (VR)/Augmented reality (AR)

Using VR, AR, mixed reality, AI, and sensor technologies can help organizations improve operational efficiency and individual productivity, according to the report.

10. Drones

Drones enable robotic automation with fewer geographical restrictions, the report noted. Opportunities for development and integration are high for this market, it added...
It isn't surprising that, these technologies are the reason for such tremendous advancement among the developed countries we know today
